Bryan County Customers

Payment Policy

  • Bills are mailed/emailed by the 1st of the month
  • Your payment is due by the 15th of the month
  • If your payment is late, you will be assessed a $5.00 Collection Fee, per service product as well as a 1.5% Late Fee per service product
  • PAC Fiber includes a Final Notice Reminder in RED on the front page of the next invoice, showing the past due amount as well as the final day to pay prior to disconnection. An automated reminder call is also sent out on Monday prior to the disconnect date.
  • Any accounts disconnected for non-pay will remain disconnected until the account is paid in full.

Payment Options

  • Auto Pay – Easily set up your account to automatically draft from your credit/debit card or your checking account by calling our Customer Care Team at 912/653-4389.
  • eBill – View & pay your account online via our website at pacfiber.com
  • Mail Payment – Use the return envelope included in your bill. Please enclose the remittance stub with your payment. Make sure you mail early enough to reach us by the due date.
  • Drop Off – Drop payment at our office, or night drop, located at 185 E. Bacon Street, Pembroke, GA

NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) Check Policy:

A $25.00 fee is applied for each NSF check or ACH return payment. After four NSF checks, PAC Fiber will no longer accept check payments.

Paying a final notice with an NSF check will result in a disconnection of service and a reconnection fee will be assessed and due at the time of payment.

Evans & Tattnall County Customers

Payment Policy

  • Bills are emailed prior to the 1st of the month and can be viewed online via our website, pacfiber.com
  • All Evans & Tattnall County accounts are set up for Auto Pay at the initiation of a new service.
  • Auto Pays are run on the 1st of each month or the next business day after if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday
  • Any credit/debit cards that are declined or expired, or anyone that has removed the auto pay from their account will be disconnected until payment is made in full.
